Keonna Yates is the founder and CEO of The Girly Girl, LLC luxury lash bar and strategic business development company. After receiving her bachelor's degree from Spelman College, she went on to receive her master's in business management from the University of Maryland.

After a few short years in corporate America, Keonna realized that the real way to success, financial freedom, and independence is entrepreneurship. In 2018, she became a triple certified lash technician, launched The Girly Girl, LLC, and hasn't looked back.

Stepping into the business ownership space opened her eyes to the lack of resources and information available to other women who want to do the same. While the Girly Girl, LLC luxury lash bar continues to thrive, Keonna is dedicating just as much time to hosting trainings and courses that will prepare other women for entrepreneurship.
